What income do I need to qualify?

Tenants are generally required to have an annual income equal to 40 times the monthly rent. For example, if the rent is $1,000 per month, an applicant should document no less than $40,000 a year in income. If the apartment is to be shared, the sum of all applicants’ income can be considered.

What is a Guarantor?

Can I use a guarantor?
